Filling out the form is no warranty for getting listed. It is our decision if the accept your application or not and only at the conditions we offer you in a written Agreement.
An IEO listing includes also everything above if applicable (technically)
A voting means you can compete with others coins in a public voting in order to get a Regular Listing. One vote costs 90 TELOS. If the voting ends, all votes will be taken over to the next voting round. The winner is the first who collected 3700 Votes.
